1. Kisan Drone Yatra 

  • PM Narendra Modi has virtually inaugurated Kisan Drone Yatra at Manesar
  • These drones were manufactured by the Chennai-based Garuda Aerospace, which has set a target of manufacturing 1 lakh Made in India drones for the next 2 years.
2. India's first Night Navigation Mobile App
  • India's first Night Navigation Mobile App was launched for ferries on the Brahmaputra river in Assam.
  • Assam's Chief Minister Hemant Biswa Sarma launched the system.

3. IBM has launched a new cyber-security hub in Bengaluru
  • IBM has launched a new cyber security hub in Bengaluru to address cyber attacks in Asia- Pacific Regions (APAC).
  • IBM has only two such hubs now, one is in Bengaluru and the other one is in the US.
  • The IBM analysis report 2022 states that Asia is the topmost targeted region for cyberattacks, representing 26% of attacks analyzed in 2021.

4. Assam to launch "Project Aarohan"
  • Assam Govt. to launch a 4-year mentorship program named "Project Aarohan", to mentor the students of Assam and to hone their skills.
5. Signature Tune of "Vande Bharatam" released.
  • Signature Tune of "Vande Bharatam" has been released by the Minister of State for Culture and External Affairs, Meenakshi Lekhi.
  • The tune is composed by Ricky Khej and Bickram Ghosh.
  • Ricky Khej is the Grammy Award winner and Bickram Ghosh is the Oscar contender.
  • It was produced for Vande Bharat, Nritya Utsav of Ministry of Culture presented at Rajpath, New Delhi for Republic Day event 2022.
6. Central Govt. launched the "Jan bhagidari Portal" in J&K
  • It is a one-stop interactive and user-friendly digital platform.
  • It provides a detailed insight to people into the nature, status of developmental works executed in their areas.
  • The portal has also been linked to schemes like MGNREGA, PM Awas Yojana ( Rural & Urban), etc. 

7. Nitin Gadkari lays foundation stone of 11 National Highways in Madhya Pradesh
  • Union Minister, Nitin Gadkari has laid the foundation stone for 11 National Highways in Madhya Pradesh.
  • The total length of these highways is 534 k.m. 
  • The total cost is Rs. 5722 crores.
  • By this, Ujjain-Dewas industrial corridor will develop and new opportunities for employment will be generated.

8. Govt. has launched Purple Revolution in Jammu & Kashmir
  • Govt. has launched Purple Revolution in Jammu & Kashmir for the production of Lavender as Doda brand product, to promote lavender under, the "One District, One Product" initiative.
  • It was decided by the Union Minister of Science & Technology, Dr. Jitendra Singh, who chaired the District Development Coordination & Monitoring Committee (DISHA) meetings of several districts in J&K.
  • Lavender cultivation is practiced in almost all the districts of J&K.

9. Tamil Nadu launched skill development scheme for the students.
  • The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu has launched a skill development scheme for the students named, ' Naan Muthalvan - Ulagai Vellum Ilaiya Tamilagam' which means ' I am the first - the youngest Tamil Nadu to conquer the world'.
  • The aim of the scheme is to improve the educational skills, knowledge, talent, and efficiency of 10 lakh young people annually.
  • The students will also be given modern-day coding & robotics classes.
  • Experts will mentor them on physical health and behavior.
  • The guidance centers will be set up in schools.

10.  Assam declared entire state as 'Disturbed Area' for 6 months
  • The Assam govt. has declared the entire state as 'disturbed area' for 6 months as per the powers conferred under Section 3 of Armed Forces ( Special Powers) Act 1958.
11. MeitY ties up with Google 
  • Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology has tied up with Google to train early to mid-stage Indian startups in making apps and games for the global market.
  • 100 startups are selected among 400 applications following an in-depth selection process.
  • This is done under the program Appscale Academy launched by MeitY.
12. Google launches its Play Pass Subscription Service in India
  • The service offers access to many of the best android apps and games without ads or in-app purchases.
  • The service was first launched in the U.S.
13. Jammu & Kashmir celebrated 'Herath Mahotsav'
  • Herath or Nigth of Shiva(Hara), also known as Mahashivratri is celebrated in Jammu & Kashmir by the Kashmiri Pandits.
  • The festival is celebrated on the 13th day of the  'Trayodashi' or the dark half of the month of Phalguna (Hindu Calender), between February & March.
  • Kashmiri Pandits celebrate the festival by distributing walnuts in honor of Hindu deities.
  • Whereas the rest of the nation celebrates Mahashivratri on the 14th of Phalguna month.
14. Union Rural Development Minister launched 'Lokpal App' for MGNREGA
  • Union Rural Development Minister, Giriraj Singh has launched 'Lokpal App' for Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act.
15. Karnataka approves 48 industrial projects worth Rs. 2,062 Crore
  • The Karnataka State Govt. has approved 48 industrial projects worth Rs. 2,062 crore, which is expected to provide employment to over 6,393 people.
  • The clearance for the projects was given at the State level Single Window Clearance Committee (SLSWCC) meeting chaired by Large & Medium Scale Industries Minister Murugesh Nirani.
  • The new investments are Rockwell Collins India Enterprise of Raytheon Group, Nithin Sai Agrotech, etc.
16. PM Modi to inaugurate Pune Metro Rail Project
  • P.M. Narendra Modi will inaugurate the 12 Km. long Pune Metro Rail Project.
  • The foundation stone of the project was laid by the P.M on 24th December 2016.
  • He will also lay the foundation stone of various other developmental projects in Pune.
17. Telangana to extend necessary help for Transgender Community
  • The Telangana State Govt. will set up 'Ashrams' to give shelter to the transgender community.
  • A draft will also be prepared to ensure the safety and security of the community.
  • Self-employment training programs will also be organized soon in the state for the community.
18. Countries Finalize MoU on BBIN MVA
  • Bangladesh, Bhutan, India & Nepal (BBIN) finalized the Memorandum of Understanding on Motor Vehicles Agreement (MVA).
  • To enable seamless movement between the countries for facilitating trade and people-to-people connect.
  • Bhutan participated in the meeting as an observer.
19. Ladakh School Education Department gets CBSE affiliation
  • Ladakh School Education Department got the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) affiliated.
  • Earlier, it was affiliated with the Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education.
20. Language Certificate Selfie Programme
  • The Ministry of Education has launched the Bhasha Sangam Mobile App with the aim of starting the Bhasha Certificate Selfie Initiative/ Language Certificate Selfie Programme.
  • To encourage people to upload their selfies with the certificate from their Social Media Accounts using the #BhashaCertificateSelfie.
  • Bhasha Sangam Mobile App was launched by the Education Minister, Dharmendra Pradhan on 31 October to mark the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel.
  • The people can learn 100+ sentences of daily use in 22 scheduled Indian languages.
21. Delhi to get first E-waste Eco Park
  • To recycle and remanufacture 2 lakh tonnes of e-waste which Delhi produces every year.
  • It will be done in a safe and scientific manner.
22. "Jharokha", Compendium of Indian Handicraft/ Handloom, art & Culture
  • The Ministry of Culture & Ministry of Textiles is together organizing "Jharokha", Compendium of Indian Handicraft/ Handloom, art & Culture, as part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.
  • This is a PAN India celebration that will be held at 16 locations in 13 States and UTs.
  • The first event which is organized at Rani Kamlapati Railway Station Bhopal, M.P., celebrates womanhood and contributions of women in the field of art, craft, and culture.
23. Chhattisgarh has launched 'Kaushalya Matritva Yojana'.
  • The scheme aims to assist in the upbringing and educaion of girl child.
  • Under the scheme, the mothers will be eligible for one time payment assistance of Rs. 5000 on the birth of second girl child.
24. 'Dan-e-Pension' Campaign under the PM Shram Yogi Maan Dhan Yojana
  • Under the scheme, the citizens can donate premium amount to the pension fund of their immediate supporting employees like domestic workers, drivers, helpers etc.
  • The program is part of various initiative launched by the Ministry of Labor in the Iconic Week celebrations from 7 March to 13 March 2022.
25. 'SAMARTH' Campaign for Women
  • The Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises has launched 'SAMARTH' entrepreneurship campaign for women.
  • To provide skill development and market development support to women in the financial year 2022-23.
  • To train more than 7500 women candidates from rural and suburban areas.
26. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Statue unveiled in Pune
  • P.M. Narendra Modi has unveiled a tall statue of the Great Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in Pune..
  • The statue is 9.5 feet high and is made up of 1,850 kg of gunmetal.
