• He will be appointed for two years.

2. New Brand Ambassador of 'Thums Up'

• Shahrukh Khan will be the next brand ambassador of the cold drink brand 'Thums Up'.
• Thums Up has been owned by the brand 'Coca Cola' in 1993.
• Earlier he was associated with the cold drink brand 'Pepsi'.

3. Chairman of the Board of the Hindustan Unilever Limited

• Nitin Paranjpe has been appointed as the Non- Executive Chairman of the Board of the Hindustan Unilever Limited w.e.f 31 March 2022.
• He is currently operating as the Chief Operating Officer of Unilever (the British company which is the parent company of HUL)

4.  New CEO of Jet Airways

• Sanjeev Kapoor becomes the new Chief Executive Officer of Jet Airways.
• He has also served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Spice Jet & Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer at Vistara.
• He was also the chairman of the Oberoi Hotels.

5. Vidya Balan becomes brand ambassador of Bharti AXA Life Insurance

• The famous Bollywood actress Vidya Balan becomes the brand ambassador of Bharti Axa Life Insurance.
• She will help promote the #DoTheSmartThing Campaign of Bharti Axa Life Insurance.

6. MD & CEO of IDBI

• Mr. Rakesh Sharma has been reappointed as the MD & CEO of Industrial Development Bank of India for a period of three years w.e.f 19 March 2022.

7. Brand Ambassador of Dish TV

• Rishabh Pant becomes the new brand ambassador of Dish TV.

8. New 'Commanding-in-chief' of the Western Command of the Air Force

• Air Marshal Srikumar Prabhakaran became the new 'Commanding-in-Chief' of the Western Command of the Air Force based in Delhi.

9. First Women Chairman of SEBI

• Madhabi Puri Buch has become the first women chairman of the Securities & Exchange Board of India.
• She has replaced Ajay Tyagi.

10. Twitter's Public Policy team in India will be led by?

• Samiran Gupta will lead Twitter's Public Policy team in India.

11. CEO of 'National e-governance division'

• Abhishek Singh has been appointed as the new CEO of 'National e-Governance Division.
• He is a 1995 batch IAS Officer and CEO of Digital India Corporation.

12. First Black Women Judge of US Supreme Court

• Ketanji Brown Jackson has become the first black women judge of the US Supreme Court.

13. New Chairman of the Executive Committee of 'National Assessment & Accreditation Council'

• Prof. Bhushan Patwardhan has become the new chairman of the executive committee of the 'National Assessment & Accreditation Council'.
• The appointment was made by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

14. New MD & CEO of LIC Mutual Fund

• TS Ramakrishnan becomes the new MD & CEO of LIC Mutual Fund.

15. New Brand Ambassador of 'WinZO'

• The renowned cricketer M.S Dhoni has become the new brand ambassador of the online gaming platform 'WinZO'.

16. New CEO of Yash Raj Films

• Akshaya Widhani has become the new CEO of Yash Raj Films.
• Yash Raj Films is one of the largest film production and distribution companies in India.
• It was founded in 1970 by Yash Raj Chopra.

17. Vice President of Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA)

• World Bank India Director Junaid Kamal Ahmed has been named as the Vice-President of the International lending agency MIGA.
• He will be only the 2nd Bangladeshi to hold such a position.

18. New MD of Syngenta

• Susheel Kumar has been appointed as the new Managing Director of the Agriculture firm Syngenta India.

19. New Chief Justice of Rajasthan High Court

• Justice M.M Shrivastava became new Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court.

20. Deputy Managing Director of SBI

• State Bank of India has appointed Nitin Chugh as the Deputy Managing Director of SBI to run the digital banking operations.
• Previously, he was the CEO of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank.

21. New Appointment in Singapore FATF Presidency

• T. Rajkumar is appointed as the new President of the Singapore FATF (Financial Action Task Force).
• Recently, UAE was put into its grey list.
• Notably, Pakistan has maintained its position in the grey list of the FATF along with Turkey which was included in the list last year.
