The Indian Army will Organise Ex-Servicemen Rally Today
The Indian Army will organize the ex-servicemen rally on 29th Oct. 2018 at Churu for the veterans of  Sujangarh, Sardarshahr, Rajgarh, Ratangarh & Taragarh. The rally is organized with an aim to the resolution of grievances of ex-servicemen and to enhance their awareness regarding any latest policies/ regulations as well as job opportunities.

Cycle Rally was organized to celebrate Infantry Day
Cycle Rally was organized by all the 27 Regiments of Infantry on 27th Oct. 2018 to celebrate the 72nd Infantry Day. The rally was flagged in at New Delhi by General Bipin Rawat, Chief of the Army Staff. The rally covered a distance of 2000 km. and collectively all the 27 regiments covered more than 50,000 km.

Swachh Nyayalaya
Swachh Nyayalaya is a Rs 700 crore project which aims to clean courts from the Supreme Court to lower courts. The project comes under the Centre’s flagship scheme ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ and would be undertaken by NITI Aayog and the Union Ministry of Drinking Water & Sanitation along with the Justice Department. The Project will be inaugurated on 26 November in the Apex Court.

WTO has set up  dispute panel in New Delhi, India
WTO has set up its dispute panel in New Delhi to examine the U.S complaint against certain export subsidies measures by India as both the sides failed to resolve the issue at consultation level.

NRIs can file RTI application
The Govt. has changed its stance ‘from prohibiting NRIs to not filing RTI application’ to allow them to file the application.
Notably, in the Lok Sabha, Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions Jitendra Singh had said on Aug. 8, 2018, that NRIs were not eligible to file application under RTI Act.
