IAF Kiran Trainer Aircraft Crashed
 An Indian Air Force trainer aircraft ‘Kiran’ crashed on a routine training mission. The aircraft crashed in the local flying area, pilot ejected safely.

Emergency Response Support System (ERSS) is launched by the Union Home Minister in Himachal Pradesh
The Union Home Minister, Rajnath Singh has launched the Emergency Response Support System, at Mandi in Himachal Pradesh. Also Himachal Pradesh becomes the first state to launch pan-India single emergency number ‘112’ under ERSS. The number will connect to Police, Fire, Health, & other helplines through an Emergency Response Centre in the state. This is done for the ease of citizens so that they do not have to remember multiple helpline numbers. For the safety of women, a SHOUT feature has been introduced in ‘112’.

PM Narendra Modi to meet Chinese President Xi Jinping
The P.M Narendra Modi will likely to meet Chinese President Xi Jinping on the sideline of G-20 summit. This will be the 4th meeting of these two leaders in the past 7 months.
Notably, G-20 (Group of Twenty) is an international forum for the governments of 19 member countries and the European Union. This was formed on 26 Sep. 1999 and its main aim is to discuss policy pertaining to the promotion of  International Financial Stability. Currently, the Chairman is Mauricio Macri. The G-20 2018 summit will host by Argentina in Buenos Aires.

Suicide: One commits in every 40 seconds
According to the joint research of  Indian Council of Medical Research and other institutes in collaboration with Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, suicide is the leading cause of death among people between 15 to 39 age group and also according to World Health Organization one person dies due to suicide in every 40 seconds.

Restricted Area Permit may reimpose on North Sentinal Island of Andaman
Due to the recent killing of one foreigner, John Allen Chau in North Sentinal Island of Andaman, by the tribes of the Island, RAP Restricted Area Permit may reimpose on the Island. The move may be taken in lieu that 44 incidents of violations of rules & regulations occurred in the recent passed.
